Open Positions

Construction Estimator, All Trades

Produce detailed quantity takeoffs and material estimates across multiple CSI divisions. Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift or Xactimate preferred. 2+ years of estimating experience required.

Senior Estimator, Commercial Projects

Lead complex multi trade commercial takeoffs from plan review through bid ready delivery. 5+ years experience and familiarity with GC level bidding required. ASPE certification a strong plus.

Junior Estimator / Trainee

Learn the craft of professional construction estimating from experienced mentors. Construction background or relevant education required. We train the right candidates from start.

MEP Estimator (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

Perform detailed MEP takeoffs for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Experience with Trimble or similar MEP estimating software required.
