About Pricing & Turnaround
Our single trade estimates start at $195. Multi-trade and full project estimates are priced based on scope and complexity. We offer a monthly package starting at $1,500 for contractors who submit multiple projects regularly. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific project.
Standard turnaround is 24 hours for all projects. Monthly package clients receive priority turnaround. If you have an urgent bid deadline, contact us directly and we will do everything we can to accommodate your timeline.
The monthly package starting at $1,500 gives you access to our estimating team for an entire month. You can submit multiple projects and receive priority turnaround on each. You’ll have a dedicated estimator, unlimited revisions, and full coverage across all trades and project types.
You can email your plans directly to our team, or upload them through our secure file submission portal on the website. We accept PDF, DWG, and most standard construction document formats. All documents are treated as confidential and are protected under NDA.
Yes. We offer revisions as well. If your plans change significantly after the estimate is delivered, an additional fee may apply we will always communicate this transparently before proceeding.
We deliver estimates in Microsoft Excel and PDF format by default. We can also deliver in CSV, CSI-formatted templates, or custom formats to match your internal bidding systems. Just let us know your preference when you submit.
